DESCRIPTION: ABCMI members are invited to a 30-minute online info session
to learn about SFU Beedie&rsquo\;s AI-Empowered Leadership program (DIAL).
This program is designed for non-technical leaders who want a practical\,
business-grounded approach to AI\, without needing to become technical
experts. In this session\, you&rsquo\;ll get a concise overview of the
program format\, key themes (AI opportunities\, strategy alignment\, data
as a strategic asset\, responsible GenAI\, operating model impacts\, and
change readiness)\, and the capstone outcome: a custom AI implementation
roadmap you can use to guide next steps internally or with
vendors/consultants. We'll also cover how ABCMI is subsidizing it's
members to participate in the program and how to register for it. There
will be an opportunity for Q &amp\; A.
