DESCRIPTION: Supply Base Performance Management Course - Fundamentals in 
 developing a business process with focus on Manage Supply Base Performance
  or Manage Procurement process The course is intended for Process owners\,
  Managers\, Supervisors or Staff engaged in the development\, 
 implementation\, maintenance and improvement of the &ldquo\;Manage Supply 
 Base Performance&rdquo\; or &ldquo\;Manage Procurement&rdquo\; process and
  activities. Participants will : Understand the business integrated 
 quality management system framework with application to supply base 
 performance\, procurement management. Understand the methodology of 
 developing a company process. Learn how to develop &ldquo\;Manage Supply 
 Base Performance&rdquo\; or &ldquo\;Manage Procurement&rdquo\; Process\, 
 hands on activity: Discover the process relevant stakeholders\, inputs 
 (needs or requirements) and outputs (needs met) Develop generic process 
 objectives Applying risk-based thinking identify and map process value-
 added\, high-level activities (basic process map) Determine required human
  and Non-Human resources. Understand process controls with emphasis on key
  process activities to ensure on-quality and on-time performance 
 objectives will be met applied to some of the mapped process activities. 
 Best practices will also be shared and discussed: Supplier evaluation\, 
 approval\, surveillance. Discuss key criteria\, maturity/risk assessment 
 tool Execute procurement Procurement technical and quality requirements 
 flow-down (quality clauses (discussions on some examples based on a list 
 to be shared) Incoming verification Quality. Understand continual process
